Two Blue Shells at Re-Fest 2020
From March 12 to 14, Two Blue Shells was exhibited at CultureHub’s Re-Fest in New York, NY as part of an online only experience. In this exhibition, only one of the two shells was installed. Additionally, the shell was suspended from the ceiling in the pure-tension condition rather than supported from below in the pure-compression condition. Lisa Ramsburg and Albert Chao described the project in a live-streamed and recorded interview.
