Our work on rapidly deployable rope bridges was the Summer 2020 Hofstra Horizons cover story. The article, “A Methodology for Rapid Deployment of Suspended Footbridges,” describes the research that Laurie Elkowitz and Nicholas Belitsis performed as part of the 2019 Advanced Summer Program in Research (ASPiRe).
